CareCompass360 (CC360) is evolving for self-funded groups in 2027 to deliver a more consistent, proactive support experience across the entire member population—through a singularly connected clinical care model.

A more integrated approach to care

For 2027, CC360 moves from a collection of optional programs to a fully integrated clinical platform. This change is designed to eliminate gaps that can occur when key services are treated as opt-in features.

How it works

  • The new integrated clinical core is embedded with all self-funded plans.
  • Clients pay a consistent engagement fee across programs.
  • Utilization management uses a clear pay‑per‑review model, supported by a reduction in administrative fees.

The updated model brings together:

  • Personal Health Support
  • Premera Cancer Support
  • Enhanced Case Management
  • Specialty navigation through Matchmaker

These programs now operate as a single, coordinated system focused on earlier intervention and better outcomes.

Leveraging Digital Health Messaging to drive outcomes

As part of this evolution, Digital Health Messaging is now a standard component of CC360.

Our text messaging platform helps:

  • Connect members to the right care at the right time
  • Close preventive care gaps
  • Guide members away from high-cost settings like the emergency room

Digital Health Messaging reaches members directly—strengthening engagement and supporting better use of healthcare services.
