Matchmaker for Behavioral Health Launches Digital Intake
We’re excited to announce that members can now submit an online form to create a Matchmaker™ for Behavioral Health provider list. This enhancement helps remove barriers to access and support faster connections to care through an intuitive experience for Premera Blue Cross and Premera Blue Cross HMO members.
Previously members contacted customer service on the phone or through secure messaging to initiate a Matchmaker list.
Matchmaker for Behavioral Health is a way for members to receive a list of in-network behavioral health providers that meet their needs. Members can provide specific details like in-person or virtual appointments, provider gender, spoken language, and more. This digital intake is enhancement to the overall experience and will improve member access to providers.
How it works
- Sign in to your secure account
- From Find Care, select Find a Doctor
- Select Get Started on the Matchmaker for Behavioral Health tile
Did you know?
In 2026, this new intake form is only available to groups with Matchmaker. Beginning with the 2027 plan year, Matchmaker for Behavioral Health will be included in the CareCompass360 clinical core bundle for self-funded groups.
