Vivacity Sunsets Mid-2025
As part of the Premera Blue Cross strategy to consolidate work and create more efficiency, Vivacity (a Premera wholly owned employer well-being subsidiary company), will be sunset by mid-2025.
Because wellbeing and wellness are still key to our values, we’ll continue to offer employer well-being services through a product portfolio that includes some of the current Vivacity services. This change allows Premera to strengthen the integration in the services we provide. Vivacity’s current well-being services that will be moved to our Premera product team include the following (current) Vivacity vendor products:
- Wondr Health
- FitOn
- Movespring
- ComPsych
- MeQuilibrium
- Optum Quit for Life
Current clients with active Vivacity contracts won’t have any disruption in their current services through the end of their current contract (for any services).
Clients who have products that Premera will continue to provide can renew when their current contract comes up for renewal.
If you have active or prospective customers with Vivacity products, you have already received a follow-up email outlining all your customers, their products, and the details of what will be communicated to them.
