Updates to Security Platforms Requires Member Action

Member online account security is a priority for Premera Blue Cross HMO. As a result of recent updates, members will have to:
- Sign-in with the email address associated with their PBC HMO online account, instead of their user ID.
- Reset their PBC HMO account password. This can be done on premera.com or the mobile app
What’s next
When this change occurs, members will receive an email asking them to reset their password. These emails are safe to open. Members will be prompted to reset their password at their next login if they don’t act after receiving the email notification.
Create an account
Encourage your clients to promote premera.com account creation. Members can quickly access health plan benefit information, opt-in and access electronic EOBs, and more in the Premera web portal and mobile app.
