The Premera Spokane Office is Moving: What to Know and How to Support Your Clients
Premera Blue Cross has proudly served Eastern Washington for more than eight decades, and that commitment remains stronger than ever. In January 2026, we’re moving our Spokane office from East Sprague Avenue to the Wonder Building in downtown Spokane – a space that better meets our business needs and positions us for the future.
Key Dates:
- Last day at current location: Thursday, January 8, 2026
- Office closed during transition: January 9–19, 2026
- New office opens: Tuesday, January 20, 2026

During the transition period, there will be no physical office location open to the public. Member services will continue uninterrupted online and by phone.

This month, we’re mailing letters to customers who regularly visit the Spokane office to ensure they’re informed about these changes.
We encourage you to advise your clients to conduct business by mail, phone, or electronically whenever possible, but particularly during this time.
