The Consumer Advisory Council Application is Open! Here’s What That Means.
Our next consumer advisory council meeting is on September 30, 2025, and we’ll be reaching out to members and employers shortly. Every PBC HMO member is invited to apply and attend and will receive an email and a Digital Health Message with a link to the application page.
What is the consumer advisory council?
At Premera Blue Cross HMO (PBC HMO), we believe that feedback is fundamental to us becoming the best health plan we can be. Twice a year, we have a consumer advisory council (CAC) meeting, which provides an opportunity for members to give us direct and detailed feedback about our plans. We internally address the feedback we receive during these council meetings and report back on what actions we took to improve the PBC HMO experience. We are committed to addressing every piece of feedback that we can with action and change.
What does this mean for you?
Nothing! We just wanted to let you know that we’re working diligently to improve our members’ experience through feedback-led change.
