Livongo to be Rebranded to Teladoc

Livongo’s merger with Teladoc requires the Livongo name and offerings to be rebranded to Teladoc. The programs and benefits remain the same. The change is on the web and app experience for Premera Blue Cross members.

Starting May 22, 2024, Livongo app users are being redirected to Teladoc’s single platform. Members will receive emails from Teladoc explaining the migration from Livongo to Teladoc on the first day of migration and then again one week later.
