The Kinwell Connect/Kinwell Participation Program Employer Engagement Campaign is a year‑round, automated email program that helps employers understand and use their Kinwell Connect or Kinwell Participation Program benefits. It launched February 24 and runs for 12 months for eligible groups.
Campaign purpose
The campaign delivers consistent, employer‑friendly messages that reinforce Kinwell Connect or Kinwell Participation Program (KPP) benefits and connect employers with tools and resources. It will emphasize the value of primary care in driving healthcare affordability and give employers messaging to communicate that.
The campaign is designed to:
- Highlight the value of Kinwell Connect or Kinwell Participation Program for employers and members
- Increase awareness of Kinwell tools and resources
- Promote ongoing engagement with program benefits
Key details
The campaign includes two tracks, one for Kinwell Connect and one for Kinwell Participation Program. Employers only receive messages tailored to their benefit. Eligible employers receive emails that explain their Kinwell Connect or Kinwell Participation Program benefits and how to use them. These messages reduce one‑off requests by providing employers with key resources they can use to take advantage of their benefit, so Account Managers can focus on higher‑value conversations.
Who’s included?
Groups with a 2026 plan year and verified eligibility receive campaign messages. Groups on 2025 plans begin receiving messages at their 2026 renewal. Eligibility is reviewed monthly.
