Heritage Prime Network Changes

Beginning in 2025, we will start limiting our Heritage Prime network availability. As a result, groups currently on plans using the Heritage Prime network will need to shift to the Heritage PPO network no later than January 1, 2026, renewals.

We wanted to give you early notice about the network changes that will give your clients access to a broader network. In 2025, we’ll have additional programs and products available that will bring value and quality to your benefit plans and be a good alternative to the Heritage Prime network.
