Group Master Applications Are Now Employer Group Applications

For new and renewing groups, producers and employers will see the Group Master Application has been renamed to the Employer Group Application (EGA). This change has been implemented across all funding types.

Employer Group Applications now available:

• Self-funded
• 2026 Premera Blue Cross HMO 51+
