Good to Know! Contract Lifecycle Management Update
Premera Blue Cross and Premera Blue Cross HMO transitioned to Ironclad for contract lifecycle management. The change went into effect on December 6, 2025.

All funding types and group sizes will receive contracts and related documents from Ironclad.

Communications from Ironclad
Ironclad sends draft contracts on behalf of Premera Blue Cross and Premera Blue Cross HMO via email. These emails are safe to open and end with the domain @mg.ironcladapp.com.
Documents gaps
We recently identified a technical failure in the system that’s primarily impacting associations and members with high-deductible health plans with HSAs. These groups may have to request copies of current and historical SBCs or benefit booklets through their account representative if they’re unavailable online. We’re actively working on a solution and will post updates with producer news.
