Fully Insured Groups Will Receive New ID Cards for 2026

Where applicable, fully insured members in Washington will receive new ID cards for 2026. The new ID cards reflect product changes, pharmacy benefit changes due to SB 5213, and the Dental GRID+ network.¹

What’s changing

• Dental plan information will be updated to include the Dental GRID+, part of the national Dental GRID
• Retail and mail-order pharmacy benefits will have the same cost share
• Doctor On Demand phone numbers will be removed

Premera Blue Cross HMO plan members with a Premera Blue Cross dental plan will have two ID cards.
