Your clients can sign up to receive text messages with secure healthcare updates right to their cell phones. These messages are HIPAA compliant and will always come from “51987”. When they receive their first text message, they’ll need to click on the link and verify their date of birth.

Once enrolled, your clients have access to personalized care information on their phones in a private, one-to-one communications feed. Messages may include member benefits, tips to save money on care, reminders to schedule an annual visit, and more. They’ll typically receive only 1-2 messages per month.
