Cost shares for 2025 Medicare Supplement Plans Announced
Premera Blue Cross mailed annual adjustment notice letters to all Medicare Supplement members in November. These letters included 2025 cost shares from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The cost shares are effective on January 1, 2025.

2025 rate letters
