Knowing where to go for Enrollment Center support can help you get answers faster and avoid delays during enrollment and renewal activities. The Sales Platform and Enrollment Center Support (SPECS) team recently hosted an internal sales training to review common questions about Enrollment Center access, billing, renewals, and support resources.

Key reminders for producers

Enrollment Center and Employer Portal are different systems
Enrollment Center is used by group administrators to manage employee benefit enrollment, while the Employer Portal provides coverage and eligibility information. Each platform requires separate login credentials.

eBilling is part of Enrollment Center
Billing and payment activities are managed through eBilling, which is connected to Enrollment Center. Access to billing functions follows Enrollment Center access rules and may require additional authorization for third-party contacts.

Marketplace supports small group quoting and renewals
Washington small group producers use the Marketplace Quoting Tool to submit new business and renewals. The tool feeds information directly into Premera systems to support the sales and enrollment process.
