RxDC Reporting Reminder: What Groups Need to do by April 24

In February we announced Premera would be submitting prescription drug data for the reference year 2025 report. To ensure data and reporting accuracy, groups must complete the survey available on the employer section on premera.com.

For fully insured and self-funded groups, Premera will submit the prescription drug data using the information we have on file; completion of the survey is needed to confirm accuracy and identify any necessary updates, as Premera is unable to submit data that is not available to us.

Survey responses are due by noon on April 24, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Groups with pharmacy carved out, should coordinate with other carriers to ensure they report all required information.
