We’re improving how members find and choose care, with updates designed to make the experience simpler, clearer, and more intuitive. These improvements reflect what we hear from members and partners and what we see in the healthcare market. We know that finding care can sometimes feel confusing or time-consuming, and our goal is to remove those barriers so members can make decisions with confidence.

Why it matters

Members rely on our tools to locate and select in-network providers for medical and dental, pharmacies, and compare care options that meet their needs. A well-designed Find Care experience helps them navigate those choices quickly and with less effort. When the process is intuitive, members are more likely to find the right care at the right time — which leads to better outcomes and a more positive experience.

What’s changing

Beginning March 21,2026, members will see enhancements to the Find Care experience. We’ve refreshed the design to create a cleaner, more modern look with clearer navigation and improved organization. These updates help members search more efficiently and understand their options at a glance.

These changes are part of a multiphase approach. What members see in March is only the beginning. We’re laying the groundwork for ongoing improvements that will continue to simplify provider searches, improve accuracy, and support confident care decisions.
