Washington Small Group Renewals Now Available through MarketPlace

Premera Blue Cross is excited to announce small group renewal packages will be available for download through the MarketPlace platform beginning in July.

MarketPlace abilities
MarketPlace makes it easier and faster for producers to renew their clients’ health plans. Producers can:

• Approve the renewal as-is to expedite the Benefit Confirmation Letter and member ID card delivery
• Upload any required documentation
  • Group Size Attestation
  • W-2 for groups of one or two employees
  • Late Acknowledgement Letter

Groups of three or more employees will continue to automatically renew on their current plan prior to the renewal date unless plan changes are requested.

A Benefit Selection Worksheet or Group Verification Report will be required for any plan changes. These documents should be submitted to your General Agency (GA) partner for processing.

Upcoming renewals
October 2025 renewals will be delivered through your General Agency partner and will also be made available on the platform the week of July 14, 2025. Emails will notify you when your renewal packages become available. In August, all renewal packages will be delivered through the MarketPlace 90-days prior to the plan effective date.

Access to MarketPlace is available to all active affiliated brokers and their administrative staff who have previously been granted access. If you haven’t recently logged into your account, you may need to reset your password by following the instructions on the login page.
