Premera Launches Premera Health Hub for Self-funded Groups in 2026

Premera Blue Cross is excited to announce the Premera Health Hub for self-funded groups in 2026.

What is Premera Health Hub

Premera Health Hub is a comprehensive virtual care network of wellness and condition management point solutions. After hearing feedback from the market, it’s clear that employers want to provide innovative solutions but managing multiple point solutions is an administrative burden, uncertain return on investment, and lacks integration. By collecting multiple point solutions in a single location, Premera Health Hub reduces administrative burden on the group, provides a personalized experience for the member, and aims to improve clinical outcomes and reduce total cost of care.

Meeting multiple needs

Premera Health Hub includes eight condition categories with multiple vendors to support members needs at any point in their health care journey. Categories include:

  • Losing weight
  • Treating or preventing diabetes
  • Lowering blood pressure
  • Supporting gut health
  • Enhancing fitness and physical therapy
  • Quitting smoking
  • Navigating pregnancy or menopause
  • Supporting mental well-being

How it works

Premera conducts claims analysis that helps guide digital outreach and engagement efforts with members –driving them towards the Premera Health Hub intake experience. After the intake is completed by the member, they can select from program options tailored to their needs and to the severity of their condition.
